We invite ALL parents to join the Barksdale PTA this year. The #1 reason for joining the PTA is to support your school and your student. Partnerships between parents, educators and children enhance children’s success. We know that children learn more and have better lives when everyone in the school community works together to share thoughts and information and work on projects to benefit children.
By becoming a member of the Barksdale PTA, you can become an important part of helping to ensure that these plans become a reality. We also welcome your new ideas for the benefit of our children.
We would like for all parents to join to achieve our goal of 100% participation and thank you to all who have already become PTA members.
The Barksdale PTA supports many activities for all students including, but not limited to:
- Study Buddies
- Class parties
